I just subscribed and am having issues with getting the software to launch. win10-64bit in vmware workstation, and have disabled windows defender. Any ideas?
I've tried with 2.3.0 and 2.3.1. No error messages, and not seeing anything in Event Viewer.

Same story with win7-32bit using VirtualBox with going as far as disabling windows defender and firewall services completely.
