How to proxy client?

I have a question.

Do you know someone proxy/vpn service, which offers the different tunnels(ip adess) to different processes (in this case tibia Multi client)?
I mean lot of tunnels on a ONE SINGLE windows pc.
Second question, lofty working on MC?
