Are you useing more then 1 monitor?
If so, make sure your haveing the client on Monitor 1.
I had that problem at first..

Got the same problem with the HP Bar, can't get it. I tried to focus it manual but always get the message wrong color. (Medivia did an update last week, is it already possible to use the Bot there?)
